so what exactly do you do?

I help people identify what healthy food actually is. Let’s get real, there is so much conflicting information out there. It seems like what was healthy a week ago is now the worst thing ever to eat. I help you cut through all of that and figure out what works for you and how to apply it to your life in a way that doesn’t suck.

are you an expert?

Yes. I’ve been obsessed with health and wellness since I can remember. Even when I was making some not healthy choices (hello early twenties!) my nutrition was pretty spot on. I also graduated from IIN in 2013 so I’ve been doing this for a while.



Don't live in the NYC area? No problem. We can Skype or talk on the phone. Even if you live in the area and would prefer to do this makes no difference!




are you going to make me be vegan?

No, but I will make you eat more plants! I believe everyone’s diet should be plant based as in based in plants!  I will work with you, exactly where you are and what is comfortable for you.

can i still eat gluten?

If it works for you, yes! We will discuss all your diet questions and digestive challenges and see what makes you feel good. For some people gluten works and for some people it doesn't.

how do i get started?

Either click on the Work With Me Page or shoot me a line at and from there I will email you a intake form (just some basic questions) and a Daily Nutrition Log that I will ask that you fill out for 2-3 days before we meet/talk so I can gain some insight into your eating and lifestyle habits.
