MY VEGAN ESSENTIALS FROM TRADER JOE'S

What was life before Trader Joe’s? I honestly can’t remember. Most of my groceries are from TJ’s because their products are inexpensive af, healthy (for the most part), and things that you can’t get anywhere else (There can only be one EBTB seasoning). So I’m currently in the middle of my two week no running break. While it’s been nice to sleep in and do less laundry I miss running! My coach told me to keep it easy in general and just relax and try to be a normal person but man, it’s hard! I have been taking the down time to work on my mental game because running is as much mental as it is physical. I’ve definitely had races where physically I’ve felt fine but mentally I was cashed and ready to quit.  These books are great for running, training or basically life in general.

VEGAN WHOLE30 WEEK 3

Week three of my vegan Whole30 is done and dusted. And to be honest, I’m getting pretty bored of it. Maybe it’s natural to hit a lull or get bored when you’ve been doing something for 21 days. I miss peanut butter. And bread. Specifically, I miss vegan grilled cheese sandwiches on these cold days. I’ve been experimenting in the kitchen with some recipes and trying out some new ones which has been fun.
