Matcha Moringa Overnight Oats

I love overnight oats. I also love matcha. Put them together with some moringa and you have a filling, superfood breakfast or snack. I've written about why I loooove moringa before but here's a quick recap:  Naturally high in fiber, Vitamin A, E, B6, B12, potassium, thiamin (B1), riboflavin (B2), iron, phosphorous, and magnesium. Helps heal our bodies, fight against free radicals, and get rid of heavy metals in our system. Matcha is high in antioxidants, loaded with catechin and EGCg, helps you concentrate, boosts memory, gives you energy and increases endurance. Why wouldn't you wanna put these in everything?!

To make combine the following in either a mason jar or tupperware:

  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/2-1 teaspoon matcha
  • 1/2 teaspoon moringa
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/2-1 ripe, mashed banana

After you put everything in, shake vigorously to combine everything. Stick it in the fridge overnight or for at least 4 hours. I topped my oats with a little bit of maple syrup and shredded coconut
