5 IDEAS FOR VEGAN MEAL PREP
You know I’m a big fan of meal prepping. It saves you money, ensures you eat right, and I just feel good knowing that I have some delicious food eating for me when I get home. It doesn’t have to be super hard or complicated. It’s definitely one of those things the more you do it, the easier it is.
Here are a few of my favorite recipes to meal prep for the week.
Pineapple BBQ Tofu Bowls
This is one of my favorites to prep either for dinner or lunch. I don’t have access to a grill but I do use my Hampton Beach griddle to get the same effect. I loooooove grilled pineapple.

This is a super easy, whole food meal that is perfect for a grab and go lunch or a light dinner. Chris and I sometimes have late hours so it’s nice to have these in the fridge so we don’t even have to think about cooking.
